Wedding memories that last a lifetime are made up of moments – slivers of time that stand clear and still in your mind because you’re surrounded by the people who love you on one of the happiest days of your life. At The Oaks Wedding & Event Center, we create customized wedding packages designed to minimize the stress of planning a wedding, all for one all-inclusive rate – a single price with no hidden charges or fees.

Our Live Oak Ballroom accommodates 105-300 guests and our new Pin Oak Room accommodates 30 – 100 guests. We love taking care of the little (and big) details because we want the bride and groom to enjoy every one of those perfect wedding day moments. For example, an on-staff Certified Wedding Planner is included at no charge! And a variety of decorations (centerpieces, candles, display florals, etc.) are included free of charge. Our two gorgeous ballrooms are located on the same property, and come with the same amenities. It all depends on the size of your group, and the space you desire. Here’s what’s included when you book either of our venues.

Pin Oak Ballroom

Wedding Ceremonies

Imagine saying “I Do” under a canopy of live oaks or making a grand entrance descending a sweeping staircase on your wedding day. The Oaks Wedding & Event Center offers picturesque settings for both indoor and outdoor weddings. We are also equipped to re-organize quickly and move an outdoor wedding inside in the event of rain.

  • 6,000 square feet of indoor event space in our Live Oak Room and 3,500 square feet of indoor event space in our new Pin Oak Room

Wedding Receptions

Stress-Free! We take away the worry, guesswork, and the hassle of juggling multiple wedding reception vendors. Caterer, entertainment, venue rental, and more are included. Out all-inclusive wedding packages offer everything you need for you wedding reception, with no hidden fees or upcharges.

  • Full-service receptions for 25 to 325 seated guests in our two ballrooms

  • Gourmet, multi-course menus created by Executive Chef Kevin Gregory

  • A selection of bar packages you can customize to suit your budget and guest

  • Elegant under-lit tables, linens, and classic Chiavari chairs (no covers needed)

  • State-of-the-art audio/visual system including 130″ projection screen for entertainment, live band, or DJ

We are scheduling tours on:
– Mondays on the hour from 11 AM – 4 PM
– Tuesdays on the hour from 11 AM – 6 PM
– Wednesdays on the hour from 11 AM – 7 PM
– Thursdays on the hour from 11 AM – 4 PM
