At the Live Oak Venue, you get access to an entire team of caterers, servers, audio engineers and DJs, “day- of” wedding coordinators, bartenders and chefs as well as custom decoration, centrepieces, lighting, linens, a photo booth and an array of high-quality food and beverage options.

  • A 6,500 sq. ft. space that can accommodate up to 300 guests.
  • A magnificent grand staircase to make your grand entrance or to capture that perfect photo.
  • Your very own “day-of” wedding coordinator to assist before and during the ceremony.
  • “Weather-flexible” spaces for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies.
  • On-premise chef and kitchen staff at your disposal, from meal planning, preparing and serving your guests.
  • Bridal preparation suite up to 6 hours before the ceremony for any and all “day of” preparations and celebrations.
  • Complimentary decorations (centerpieces, candles, display florals, etc.)
  • On-site DJ for rehearsal, ceremony and reception with all A/V equipment and operation
  • 170-car parking area adjacent to the building with a porte cochere and valet parking upon request.
